Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, if any exists. Manufacturer warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. Sealed Retail Boxed items are not returnable when opened.

All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. The customer agrees that they will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.

  • Licenses, Digital Goods, Services, or non-Physical Goods such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.
  • All replacements are shipped via ground shipping unless the customer pays for a faster method. Premium shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Physically damaged products are not returnable. Please notify the shipper immediately if you receive damaged merchandise.

Product Damaged in Transit/Shipping

If you receive a package/box that shows obvious signs of damage, please refuse the shipment/package. The shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS) is responsible for these damages, not you.

Upon opening the package, if you discover that the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then, please contact Rapid Solutions Technology, and we will file a claim.

If you received a damaged package/box, you must report it to Rapid Solutions Technology within 2 business days. If you fail to report it within 2 business days, Rapid Solutions Technology will not be responsible for the damage claims.

Defective / DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If you received a defective/DOA item, a replacement will be shipped to you. For RMA claims of a Dead on Arrival product, a 50% RMA Fee will be applied if the product is found to be in working condition.

Important:
Do not attempt to send something other than what we originally shipped to you. All shipments and serial numbers are scanned and/or video recorded prior to shipment.

Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Rapid Solutions Technology’s RMA department. Products returned without an RMA number will not be considered as returns. Rapid Solutions Technology must receive all returned merchandise within 10 days, otherwise, the RMA will be void.

  • New Condition – Unopened Original Box20% Restocking Fee
  • New Condition – Opened Original Box (with all accessories)30% Restocking Fee
  • New Condition – Opened Box (missing box or any accessories such as cables, brackets, etc.)50% Restocking Fee
  • Order Sent to Processing & Customer Cancels the Order30% Restocking Fee (based on the total order amount)
  • Used Condition – Return Due to “No Longer Needed” or Similar ReasonUp to 80% Restocking Fee

Refund Policy

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
